The Elements is a short-stay complex with 23 high-quality studios.

The studios are furnished and inspired by the basis of ’the natural elements’. Therefore you can and you choose between “Stormy water” – “On fire” – “Down to earth” furnishings. Within these styles there are basic, luxury and premium studios for 1 or 2 people, depending on the type of studio.

All studios are equipped with a luxury kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave and extractor hood. The modern bathroom is equipped with a private toilet, rain shower and sink. The living is practical and has a sitting area, dining area and sleeping area. This studio is equipped with a box spring (120 x 200 cm). The upholstery is of course also finished to a high standard, with herringbone floor and blackout curtains.

The Elements is located in the popular Wyck district, 300 meter from the NS station in Maastricht. The complex is equipped with a modern intercom installation, a large staircase with elevator, there are washing machines & dryers for shared use and each studio has a private storage space in the basement.

The rental price is including service costs, WiFi and G/W/E

The Elements is een short-stay complex met 23 hoogwaardige studio’s.

De studio’s zijn ingericht op basis van ‘de natuurelementen’ en je kunt hierdoor kiezen tussen inrichting “Stormy water” – “On fire” – “Down to earth”. Binnen deze stijlen zijn er basic-, luxe- en premium studio’s voor 1 of 2 personen, afhankelijk van het soort studio.

Alle studio’s zijn voorzien van luxe keuken met vaatwasser, koel-vries combinatie, magnetron en afzuigkap. De moderne badkamer is ingericht met privé toilet, regendouche en wastafel. De leefruimte is praktisch, doch zeer luxueus uitgerust met zithoek, eethoek en slaapgedeelte. De studio is uitgerust met een boxspring (120 x 200 cm). Uiteraard is ook de stoffering op hoogwaardig niveau afgewerkt, met visgraatvloer en verduisterende gordijnen.

The Elements ligt in de populaire wijk Wyck, op steenworpafstand van het NS station in Maastricht. Het complex is voorzien moderne intercom installatie, groot trappenhuis met lift, er zijn wasmachines & drogers voor gezamenlijk gebruik en iedere studio heeft een privé bergruimte in de kelder.

De genoemde huurprijs is inclusief servicekosten, WiFi en g/w/e
