Barakken is a short-stay complex with 14 high-quality studios.

The studios are furnished and inspired by the origin of the area in a modern and industrial style.

All studios are equipped with a luxury kitchen with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave and extractor hood. The modern bathroom is equipped with a toilet, rain shower and sink. The living is practical and has a sitting area, dining area and sleeping area. Th studio’s are equipped with a box spring (120 x 200 cm). The upholstery is finished to a high standard, with industrial floor and blackout curtains.

Barakken is located down town Wyck, 200 meter from the NS station in Maastricht. The complex is equipped with a modern intercom installation, a large staircase with elevator, there are washing machines & dryers for shared use, a bicycle shed and a garden for combined use.

Barakken is een short-stay complex met 15 hoogwaardige studio’s. De studio’s zijn ingericht en geïnspireerd door de oorsprong van het gebied in een moderne en industriële stijl.

Alle studio’s zijn voorzien van een luxe keuken met koel-vriescombinatie, vaatwasser, magnetron en afzuigkap. De moderne badkamer is voorzien van een toilet, regendouche en wastafel. De living is praktisch ingericht en heeft een zithoek, eethoek en slaapgedeelte. De studio’s zijn voorzien van een boxspring (120 x 200 cm).

Ook de stoffering is hoogwaardig afgewerkt, met industriële vloer en verduisteringsgordijnen. Barakken is gelegen in het centrum van Wyck, op 200 meter van het NS-station in Maastricht. Het complex is voorzien van een moderne intercominstallatie, een ruim trappenhuis met lift, er zijn wasmachines & drogers voor gezamenlijk gebruik, een fietsenberging en een tuin voor gezamenlijk gebruik.
