Short Stay (Buildings)
Short stay housing is a practical solution for people who need temporary accommodation for a period of a few weeks up to six months. The studios are fully furnished and equipped, and the rent always includes utilities, WiFi and service costs. This makes short stay an easy and flexible option for expats, professionals and students who are staying in Maastricht for a limited time.
Green Housing offers short stay housing in two buildings in the Wyck district of Maastricht: Lage Barakken and The Elements.

Barakken is a modern complex with 14 studios designed in an industrial style. Each studio has a practical layout with a kitchen, bathroom and combined living and sleeping area. Some ground floor studios also include a small private garden. Shared facilities include washing machines, dryers, a bicycle shed and a communal garden.

The Elements has a more contemporary finish, with herringbone floors, blackout curtains and private storage rooms in the basement. In addition to the regular studios, there are also premium studios that allow a two-person stay. Laundry facilities and an elevator are available for shared use.
